Rooms were good size and the location was good.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and the tiling looked like this probably wasnt the first time it happened. The complimentary tea/coffee was missing from the room.

I had it stated already - the windows could not be opened which caused problems to me as I have astma...before they were not locked. And also, with warm weather its easier to open the window than to use air condition (and cheaper for the hotel).

Location is excellent, view from the window, bed, comfortable.

There were no declared breakfasts and no staff to contact!

We had an issue with the handle of the bathroom, it was Sunday afternoon, but the manager on duty on the phone sent someone quickly to fix it. Very efficient

The hotel doesn't have reception.it's hard to find box where your room's key is inside and explanation is bot enough.cleaners don't knock the door directly come inside and asking when u r leaving

Good location! Very nice and large room and bathroom. Nobody control the time of you entrance. It's realy good for staying in the city for a long and shot time as well.

Nice, comfortable room (pictures present the room perfectly) ideally situated between Royal St-Hubertus Gallary, Grasmarkt and Grand Place. Al tourist spots within 5 minutes walking distance.

Location is just perfect, right in the city center and all major tourist attractions are walkable. Right setting if you are travelling with a toddler, especially due to the apartment setup with in-build kitchen and bathroom. Worked well for us. Plus parking is available in the same building in the basement albeit expensive (€25 per day). Dont forget to reserve upfront.

Getting into the apartment building and acquiring access card to your room can be a challenge if you check-in during a weekend, public holiday or off-hours. Make sure you request the access codes upfront - I had done that but was provided with incorrect codes. Had to call the emergency number to get the right codes. I must say that I was lucky that someone answered, another couple in the same situation did not get their calls answered at all and they were stuck.

In the heart of the city, good location. Clean and big rooms. Good value for money... No reception or welcoming staff, kind of self check-in and check-out. A concept that I was not familiar before, but worked without any problem. They have solved minor problems with remote support.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are a nice size and well laid out. It boasts the best possible location ; very close to the very centre of Brussels, multiple restaurants/bars in the neighbourhood and bars in the neighbourhood. It has excellent staff and fantastic views. The property provides a great service.

Perfect location in the city centre, close to the Royal Gallery with the Mokafe (from the movie "Expatriate"), where you can enjoy an excellent breakfast.

Careful about e-mail confirmation, make sure you receive the codes before you leave, there is no reception at this aparthotel.

Great Two Bedroom Apartment, very spacious and clean. Television in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a television in the living room. Living room and kitchen was lovely and very comfortable. Great location. 7 minute work to Central station and to Grand Place Cleaners were nice enough to store the luggage until 3pm after checking out.

Lack of a reception. Unable to enter the building on arrival even though the 4 digit code was given. The code was correct but it took 20 attempts for it to work. Also was only able to leave the luggage with the cleaners till 3pm on departure. As we were leaving in the evening we had to carry our luggage with us. Not a major problem, but having someone in reception would make staying here perfect.

Such wonderful experience there. Brilliant food, terrific service. Excellent and pleasant staff, easy check in.
